LEARNING OBJECTIVE:

 

The objective of this course is to provide the student with the theory, philosophy, principles, examples, traits, characteristics, ethics and culture of core value based, principled leadership for behavioral incorporation.

 

 

 

CONTENT:

 

  • The definition of leadership is presented, examined and discussed.

 

  • Leadership core values, traits and characteristics are established, examined and discussed.

 

  • Leadership responsibility and accountability is examined and discussed.

 

  • Political pressure and the impact on leadership is examined and discussed.

 

  • Leadership challenges are presented, examined and discussed.

 

  • Case studies of leadership incidents are examined and discussed.

 

  • Leadership vision is examined and discussed.

 

  • Leadership culture / legacy is examined and discussed.

 

  • Adopting, incorporating, exercising and manifesting leadership is conducted, examined and discussed.

 

 

COURSE REQUIREMENTS:

 

The student is required to complete course work, research project, and final assessment for certification by the USTRMC.

 

 

 

LENGTH OF COURSE:

 

This course is sixteen (16) hours.

 

 

 

COST OF COURSE:
